When designing the Viktoria Center, we proceeded from our many years of experience as a developer that not only plans, builds and sells rental flats, but also operates several rental housing estates itself, in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. So the Viktoria Center was designed as if we were building it for ourselves. Not only the composition of the flats and their layout, but also the whole concept of the project, its architectural solution as well as legal and accounting readiness facilitates and streamlines the management and rental of units to end users.
The project consists of a total of nine sections marked 1-9, each of which offers 14-25 units and a corresponding number of parking spaces, cellars and separate non-residential spaces in the basement.
