Standard Viktoria Center installment plan

 

1. A deposit of CZK 200,000 within 5 days of signing the reservation agreement

2. The purchase agreement must be signed within 60 days of signing the reservation agreement

3. The remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid within 15 days of signing the purchase agreement (either from own funds or combined with a mortgage loan)
